Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every order. However, due to the technical nature of electronic components, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
  • The item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, including labels, accessories, and documentation
  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided

Do not send products directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be authorized and routed through us.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to industry standards and safety considerations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Electronic components that have been used, soldered, programmed, powered, or modified
  • ESD-sensitive components once opened
  • Custom, special-order, or non-cancellable (NCNR) items
  • Downloadable software, firmware, licenses, or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or incorrect installation

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned with opened, damaged, or incomplete packaging
  • Products with missing accessories, labels, or documentation
  • Returns initiated after 30 days but approved at our discretion
  • Items showing signs of handling beyond inspection

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
  • Processing time typically ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider – posting times may vary
  3. Contact your bank for processing status

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased under sales, discounts, promotions, or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.


Exchanges

We only replace items in the following cases:

  • The item is defective on arrival (DOA)
  • The item received was incorrect or damaged during shipping

To request an exchange, contact sales@sparepartsavenue.com for approval and instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
